Why have I been charged more than once?

There are a few reasons why it can appear as if you have been charged more than once:

Multiple payment authorizations
Occasionally, the payment authorization request can appear in your account multiple times, especially if you had any decline messages appear during check out. These aren't charges – they are just authorization requests and will not post to your account. The pending hold will drop away within 24-48 hours.

Items that ship from different warehouses
When the items you've ordered ship from different warehouses, there is a chance the charges will be separated depending on when they ship. So, for example, there is a chance you will see an authorization for $200 for the order, but the actual charges that post could be split charges of $100 each.
