Can I get tracking on my welcome pack?
We don’t offer tracking on standalone packs that we send out. However, if it is part of a keenfootwear.com order, you will have tracking on your entire order.

Can I have more patches for everyone in my family?
We love that you would like to receive more patches! Every KEEN Corps member is eligible to receive 1 patch. We are unable to include extras in the pack.

What am I supposed to do with my KEEN Corps patches?

You will receive your welcome pack within a month of signing up. We plan to ship them weekly and will make every effort to get it to you as soon as we can to make it official.
