How do I send a gift card?

Our gift cards are electronic and can be sent to you or emailed directly to the lucky recipient. If you want to send the gift card directly to the giftee, click "Send As A Gift." From there, you can also add a personalized note and schedule the email notification.

If for some reason the recipient doesn't love the new shoes they buy with the card, they can return the shoes within the first 30 days for a refund to their original KEEN gift card.
