What do I do when I receive product?

Once you receive product, the formal test window is 30 days. During that time, we ask that you take notes on how the boot or shoe is wearing – any break in time, stiffness, bumps or irritations are things we want to know about. Once the 30 days are up, you get to keep the product (barring any major defects or sensitive product technology). We highly encourage continual wear after the 30 days, that way if there are any longer-term issues that arise, you can let us know.
