Why haven’t I received any product?

Whether you receive product depends on two main factors, your shoe size and occupation.
Men’s Core Size Group: 7, 9, 11, 13
Women’s Core Size Group: 5, 7, 9, 11
If you fall into one of these main sizes, your industry will then be the determining factor. For example, if we have a mesh, non-waterproof shoe, we would not give it to someone who works in an outdoor environment with inclement weather.
Finally, we receive testing product every 3-6 months, so there may be larger intervals of time between communication and product testing.
