(d) you will not have to pay extra for us rectifying any mistakes or problems with your Order under this section if they have been caused by us.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity your contract with us and nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights. Generally, shipping is handled by a third-party courier. All Orders placed with us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss of such Order passes to you upon our delivery of the Order to the third-party courier.
