Supply Chain Transparency Disclosures

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), Canada’s Fight Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chain Act (Bill S-211), and the UK Modern Slavery Act require companies doing business in California, Canada, and the UK, respectively, that meet certain criteria, to disclose information regarding their efforts to address slavery, forced labour and human trafficking within their supply chain.
